Choose a view

Customer Details

The 'Customer Details' screen shows basic contact and service information for your customers. It is through this screen that new accounts are set up and also includes such things as inputting the sales agent, selecting the customer's specific plan and setting of secure passwords for customer's to view their own bills online.

Manage services

The 'Manage Services' screen details each of the services that the customer has as well as being the section that allows users to make any changes or query any particular service. This may include such things as adding voicemail to a mobile, adding line hunt to a small businesse's landline set up, or simply seeing if a broadband service has been connected. As Utillibill 'speaks' directly to our carriers this information is real time and allows our clients to feedback relevant and timely information back to their own customers and ensure high levels of service are provided to the customer at all times.

Customise bills

The 'Bill Set Up' screen allows users to customise their customer's accounts and ensure the customer receives their bill in the way they want it. Choices include such things as whether to include full itemisation of all calls or just a summary, departmentalization to allow businesses to monitor the spend of particular divisions or states, email billing only, a longest or most expensive phone call report as well as a variety of other useful reports also available in easy to read graph formats.

Your dashboard

The 'Dashboard' gives our clients up to the second information in a simple, easy to read graphical format that allows them to monitor the key performance indicators of their business. The Dashboard shows our clients such things as which customer's have overdue amounts, what margins their business is currently enjoying (currently and historically) as well as information relating to 'unbilled' revenue at any point during the month.

View scorecard

Part of the 'ScoreCard' reporting feature within the DashBoard allows telcoinabox clients to see trends and view with simple graphical imagery such things as revenue vs margin, customers added vs customers lost, amounts collected vs targeted collections amount.
